The announcement a few days ago of a small tour around Australia could spell good news for the many european Dave Matthews Band fans. Its DMB's first tour outside the US since 1998, and Dave's first since his small UK tour in 2001. Hopefully we could be enjoying DMB on our own soil before the year is up.
This comes along with the announcement of a new album which was widely discussed since the debut of the new songs during the 2004 tour; which looks set to include fan favourites such as Hello Again and Good Good Time. Several videos of the progress of the new album including an interview with an entirely new producer for DMB [Mark Batson] can be found on the as-far untitled album's website. The band seem very excited about the album (see Before These Crowded Streets) which should mean them trying new things with their traditional style (see Before These Crowded Streets).
