'Hail to the Theif' released
9th of June 2003 at 2:00pm

Radiohead's sixth studio album was released to the european public today. The release suffered the same fate as Boyd Tinsley's True Reflections; it was leaked early. But the band assured hardcore fans that the leaked versions were not representative of the final work of the album. Radiohead have already done a number of tour dates and guest appearances this year, most noticeably a small tour with two dates at Shepherd's Bush Empire, visited by DMB in 1996 and 1998.

The album is another stunning triumph by the Oxford bunch, and I'm certainly looking forward to seeing them at Earls Court in November.

As promised, the review can be found here. Thanks go to Joe Dixon for writing and allowing us to host the review.
